4 kneeling presses right arm
1 windmill
20 sec Isometric standing double KB hold
4 kneeling presses left arm
1 windmill
3 reps of double front squats, 5 sec hold.
Added challenge: crawl + hop hop in between rounds
Attempt 5 rounds, or set the clock to 15 minutes and GO!
