Thursday challenge!!

Remember that Presidential Fitness test in Elementary School??

I used to DESPISE it.

But its a good baseline test.

Today:

time yourself on one mile.

see how many push-ups you can do without stopping

count how many squats you can do in 1 minute

THIS IS WHERE WE START.

More advanced people continue with this simple circuit:

10 goblet squats, 2 -5 pushups

9 goblet squats, 2-5 pushups 

8,7,6 etc!

Go get it!
