Way to go, Michelle!


Michelle lost over 30 pounds by her own healthy will and diet from fall of 2012 through spring 2013. Initially, she kept the weight off. Recently, a few pounds crept back on when life got in the way. She felt like it was that much harder to get back into a strict routine this summer. One of her main goals was to add more lifting into her regime.
