This is a self-guided program and consists of daily email challenges, mental strategies to apply throughout the week, and reflection questions/journaling activities. While the process of overcoming an anxiety can be much longer than just a week, let us help you kick off your journey towards a healthy and balanced anxiety-free future. *This is not a fat loss program.
