A strength training/fitness component has a $150 initial fee, with recurring $75 payments for program updates each new cycle.
The initial cost is for the consultation phone call and strategic planning. It entails a follow-up call to go over questions. The program itself is an individualized strength training program, or conditioning program designed to strategically attack the client’s unique goal. Whether its to get a bigger deadlift, nail your first chin-up or get bigger glutes, we got you covered! Each Cycle is 3 to 5 weeks and programs range for 2-day to 5 day per week plans. Once the client completes their first cycle, there is a monthly fee of $75 to update/progress the program and that fee also includes a phone call to go over questions.
