There comes a point in life where you want to find health and happiness for longevity. With happiness comes consistency.
I was born and raised in Indiana.
In the past five years I have studied with and learned from the greatest in Illinois, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. I want Crossroads of Fitness to be a hub for people to find a programing, training styles, and nutrition plans that work for them by providing real-life story examples, sample workouts and realistic recipes.
