I wanted to share this quick and easy recipe with you all! I make these maca fat balls every week. Delicious, nutritious, gut-healing! And NO BAKING!

 

1 cup of coconut butter (coconut oil DOES work, but it’s not as thick/hearty)

½ cup cashew butter

¼ cup maca powder

3 scoops of any vanilla protein powder

¼ to ⅓ cup maple syrup

3 scoops of Prebiotic Fiber (if you add fiber, go down to 3 teaspoons of maca powder)

 

The beauty of this recipe is that it tastes like a Reeses Cup. HELLO, AH-MAZING! They also have metabolism boosting coconut butter, adaptogenic maca powder (stress relieving/adrenal supporting), protein powder and is low in sugar (about 5-6 grams per cup). The recipe makes 12 fat balls, (I put each one in a muffin tin). Did I mention there’s no baking?! You simply put them in the fridge and let them sit 30 minutes – then you can chow down!

Gut boosting tip: use ½ collagen powder (1.5 scoops of vital proteins) and 1.5 scoops vanilla protein to service the gut. You can also add tasteless glutamine powder too!
