You are probably wondering how that works knowing that you are sitting in rural Idaho and I am on the East Coast.
Don’t worry, that is the beauty of distance coaching!
Yes– distance coaching. After an initial strength training consultation we decide on a personalized #daretomove strength program to fit your schedule, goals and access to equipment.
The initial #daretoeat consultation will also give us a chance to meet via phone or Skype and discuss how the #daretoeat program will be tailored to you.
How does the #daretoeat program work?
The Initial #daretoeat program come in two options: a 12-week and a six-week option.
There are several requirements in order to be considered for the six week program which are to be discussed over the phone.
After an initial 12 week or six week commitment in the #daretoeat program most clients become CROF members and work with me month-to-month depending on their goals and timelines.
How does the #daretomove program work?
This program is a strength and conditioning based exercise program tailored to the client’s goals.
I have worked with clients preparing for the Strong First certification, clients training for their first powerlifting meet, women training for weddings and more.
My diverse background in TRX & bodyweight training, group exercise coaching, powerlifting competitively, SFG certification training, swimming and track background and spinning certification experience makes me more than qualified to help you achieve whatever fitness goals you desire.
80% of my clients are seeking strength-based programs.

Adam is a very goal oriented person who likes to push his own limits. He came to me as an active fairly lean guy who wanted to put fat loss first for a short-term personal challenge. He wanted to see how lean he could get. As you can see above, he transformed in just 6 short weeks. He went from 149 to 140 pounds.
Now as a strength client Adam is still very lean and working on improving his deadlift and squat. Way to go, Adam!

She wanted to lose some weight, get stronger and learn who to eat well before graduating college. Her starting weight was 136 and he ending weight was 123 pounds. She also began deadlifting for the first time in her life and can now deadlift 165 pounds for five reps!! She is also now able to do 1 unassisted pull-up! Go, Erin!
